Also a contributing author of the book “La construction au Québec : perspectives juridiques” (“Construction in Quebec: Legal Perspectives”) (1998).
Mr. Edwards is also accredited arbitrator and mediator with the Canadian Commercial Arbitration Centre (CCAC). His area of focus in arbitration and mediation includes the resolution of construction and product quality claims.
Sessional lecturer at McGill University's Faculty of Law where he teaches construction law and product liability in Quebec Civil Law and in Canadian Common Law.
Appointed the product liability representative for Canada to the last conference of the International Academy of Comparative Law in Brisbane, Australia (2002).
